make

Ombre Pops

If you’re wondering how we made our Ombre Blueberry Pops on the homepage here’s how! Blend greek yogurt with blueberries and add milk for a creamy smooth consistency. Then pour the mixture into each mold about 1/2 inch high. Next add more blueberries to the left over mixture in the blender. Blend again until the mixture is darker in color. Pour your next layer into your molds about an inch. Repeat until you fill your molds, as many layers as you like. Be a chef and try this technique with other flavors!

TIP: Be careful when pouring each layer to get drips on the sides of the mold or the lines will not turn out once frozen.

Pop Tips

make with

Fruit Puree

To make tie-dye fruit pops like on the Our Story page try this technique. Mix milk and greek yogurt for your pop base. It can be any flavor of your liking. Next, blend fruit into a puree consistency in your blender. We chose to use strawberries, but any berries will work fine! Pour yogurt mixture into your ice pop molds about an inch below the fill line. Then pour the fruit puree on top up to the fill line. Place in the sticks then place into freezer for 6+ hours. The fruit puree will start to sink right into the yogurt mixture giving your pops the perfect tie-dye look. Remove your pops following your molds instructions.

Be adventurous when you’re making bling for your Jewel Pop Molds. Try using ice cream to fill the molds instead of juice. In a medium bowl melt the ice cream of your choice then fill the molds up to the fill line and add the handles. Freeze molds overnight. Remove by pulling on the jewels—no rinsing required. And serve immediately.

Next time try JELL-O, pudding, or make colorful rings to place in a punch bowl for your next gathering!

Soda Pops

Next time you have extra soda lying around try making soda ice pops! The trick for making the best soda ice pop is to make sure that your soda is flat first. Then fill your ice molds up to the fill line slowly. This will eliminate air bubbles giving the pops a smoother texture and better tasting. Careful, if the soda is not flat, you may overflow your molds and make a mess!

Simply pour soda into pop molds up the fill line. Everyone can request their own soda flavor too! Place in the sticks then place the molds into your freezer for 6+ hours. Remove the pops following your mold instructions.
